Shipping: Cableduct Systems provides all Australian buyers with exceptional value products that are of high quality and fit for purpose as described. We do not ship to addresses outside Australia. We do not ship orders until your payment is received, cleared and accepted into our account. We accept Credit cards Direct deposits other forms of payment.
Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).
Delivery: We pack and ship goods daily (Monday to Friday). Most orders placed and paid for (payment showing in our account) before 1.00 pm each day will be shipped the same day. There are a minimal number of exceptions; we will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your parcel on the same day.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods: Cableduct Systems will replace or refund any goods delivered to you that are incorrect or in a faulty or damaged condition.
Return of Goods: If, for any reason, you wish to return goods to us, please get in touch with us and request a Return Authorisation number. This will assist us in processing your return quickly upon arrival in our warehouse.

Warranty: Every product sold by Cableduct Systems includes at least a 12-month warranty, and many of our products have a lifetime warranty. Please get in touch with us for warranty returns, refunds or repairs.
