Not every desk needs a rigid column. Cableduct umbilical and flexible spine systems are made from linked segments that bend and move with the furniture, so cables stay tidy and protected even on sit-stand desks and layouts that get rearranged.

Umbilical spines are the simple option for feeding a workstation from above or tidying the drop from desk to floor. Pathfinder vertical cable management goes further, with ceiling and desk collars, weighted or screwed bases and separate paths for power and data, so it can stand on the floor without any floor fixing.
