The Unex 66 accessory range lets you turn corners, change level, close off ends and fix Unex U23X insulating cable tray to walls and structures without cutting or fabricating on site. Every part is moulded in the same grey RAL 7035 insulating material as the tray, so the finished run is non-corroding, needs no earthing and stays consistent from end to end.

Junctions & hinge connectors

Direction-change connectors for every transition in a tray run: straight joints, corners, horizontal and vertical hinges, and up or down level changes. No cutting of the tray is needed.

Flat corner 90°
 |
Preformed flat 90-degree section for clean horizontal direction changes without on-site fabrication.

Flat corner cover
 |
Snaps over the flat corner section to complete the enclosure at the change of direction, with no fasteners.

End cover
 |
Closes off the open end of a tray run for a clean, safe finish.

Joint cover
 |
Covers straight-run joints along the top of the tray for a continuous finish.

Cover fixing IK10
 |
Impact-rated clip that locks the tray cover in place in high-traffic or vandal-prone areas.

Base reinforcing plates

Fits under the base of wide trays to limit cable sag and add rigidity, helping the installation comply with EN 61537. Supplied with 2 mounting screws.

Vertical support

Halogen-free PVC bracket for mounting tray 66 vertically on walls and structures. Corrosion and chemical resistant.

Horizontal support

Halogen-free insulating wall or structure bracket that carries the tray horizontally and electrically isolates it from the mounting surface.
