The Unex 67 accessory range joins, angles and secures Unex insulating cable ladder without cutting or on-site fabrication. Connectors are moulded in grey RAL 7035 U23X insulating material to match the ladder, and the fixings are made in U48X halogen-free material for installations where low smoke and zero halogen matter.
Like the ladder itself, every part is non-corroding and needs no earthing, making the system well suited to coastal, plant room, water treatment and chemical environments.

Junctions
  |
Joins straight runs of ladder and absorbs thermal expansion along the run. Choose the connector size to match your ladder.

Horizontal hinges
  |
Allows horizontal angle changes in the ladder run without cutting.

Vertical hinges
  |
Allows the ladder run to rise or drop at an angle without cutting.

Dividers
  |
Separates power and data cables within the run. The standard divider fits both tray 66 (60mm deep) and ladder 67. The reinforced divider is stronger and suits tray 66 (60mm deep). Both are sold per metre.

Reinforced support fixing
 |
Fixes the ladder to its mounting support with screws (not included). Universal fit for all ladder widths.

Reinforced hold-down bracket
 |
Secures the ladder rungs to the support and stops lateral movement in vertical or high-vibration installations. Screws not included.

Cover fixing
 |
Clips the ladder cover in place so it cannot lift or be knocked off. No tools needed.

Raised cover clamp
 |
Holds a raised cover on the ladder, giving extra clearance for large cable bundles while keeping the cover firmly retained.
